Laser Hair Reduction and Skin Tightening

What we use:
We utilize the Candela GentleYAG® laser system . Since 1970, Candela has been an industry leader in laser equipment.

Is it for me?
We effectively treat all skin types, including tanned skin. It is imperative, however, that you not be in the sun or go tanning for two weeks prior to and two weeks following any laser treatments. Also, waxing and tweezing should not be performed during the course of laser hair reduction treatments or during the six weeks leading up to the start of the treatments.

How many sessions will it take?
Normally, it takes three to eight sessions. Depending on your skin and hair type, however, it could be more or less. We recommend one treatment every four to six weeks, with the exception of the second treatment for laser hair reduction. The second laser hair reduction treatment should be performed within one week of when hair regrowth begins after the first treatment. This ensures the laser is hitting the hair follicles at the correct time in their cycle, which reduces the number of treatments needed in most cases.
