Laser Hair Removal - The DLVSC Promise
Unlike local Medispas and other laser hair removal franchises, we insist on a professional, medical approach to laser hair removal. We don't compromise our principals or take shortcuts to make false claims or guarantees. All of our laser hair removal consults include a visit and evaluation with board-certified Dermatologists, Dr. Goslen or Dr. Munavalli. Both doctors are longstanding members of the American Society of Lasers and Medicine in Surgery, and have had advanced laser training for 15 plus years beyond residency. In addition, Dr. Munavalli has published and presented nationally and internationally on the use of lasers for hair removal. They will ensure that all your questions are answered to the fullest before any treatment is started. They are in the office, on site, five days a week to assist with your care and modify treatment parameters, as needed.
Because we are a true laser center, we have 5 different laser/light based devices that are approved by the FDA for laser hair removal. As you will learn during our consultations, the type of skin and hair color can dramatically influence the type of laser to be used during a treatment. Having a variety of laser technologies at our disposal, we can tailor treatment to your precise skin type and hair color/texture, giving you the best opportunity for an effective treatment each and every time you visit our office. Unlike the medispas, we'll never suggest that you purchase packages of treatments, or pay for treatments in advance. It is impossible to tell exactly how many treatments will result in enough hair reduction to result in a successful treatment. It may take anywhere between 4 to 8 treatments, depending on a lot of different factors, so why pay in advance for what you don't need!
